Karl Wolf Vice President
Karl Wolf is McKesson’s Vice President of Capacity Management.
Karl has been a Vice President at McKesson for over 10 years, including Vice President of McKesson’s Capacity Management, Nursing Solutions and McKesson’s Workforce Management Solutions P&Ls.
Karl has over 20 years of experience in healthcare operations including over 10 years of experience in managing healthcare IT businesses in Australasia, Asia, Canada, Europe and the US for GE Healthcare and McKesson.
Karl’s passion is helping healthcare organizations leverage global best practices and healthcare information technology to improve quality of care and optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of their operational processes.
Cathryn Lancaster General Manager
Cathryn Lancaster is General Manager of McKesson Australia New Zealand. She is responsible for ensuring McKesson exceed clients’ expectations and manages the overall performance of the organisation in the region.
She has held leadership roles in several large healthcare consulting and IT firms including GE Healthcare, Ernst and Young, and IBM. She has deep experience in health system optimisation, customer relationship management and healthcare consulting.
Cathryn enjoys serving on the board of New Zealand Health IT and has strong connections to the public and private markets in Australia and New Zealand.
Cathryn is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) and gained this qualification through working for the National Health Service in the UK.
Mandy Cronin Director of Consulting
Mandy Cronin is Director of Consulting for McKesson across Australia and New Zealand. She is responsible for overall Services, including managing the Consulting Team, implementations and project management.
Mandy has over 10 years’ experience in IT Professional services consulting and management roles across Australia and New Zealand, and experience in workforce management solutions.
Mandy is passionate about ensuring that McKesson provide the best customer experience and outcome for each hospital.
Andrae GaethProduct Development Manager
Andrae Gaeth is McKesson’s Product Development Manager. Andrae is responsible for overseeing the product features and roadmap for McKesson Capacity Planner, and manages the Product Development team, who oversee business analysis, reporting writing and user documentation, liaising between clients, internal stakeholders and the R&D development team.
He has worked for Emendo, then (following its acquisition), McKesson, for a combined eight years. In that time, he has worked across management, sales, business analysis, implementation, consulting and software development.
Andrae has a Masters degree in Management Science and has worked in the software industry for 17 years.
He has a passion for leveraging technology and best practice with data analytics to improve patient care and operational decision-making within health.
Kimber Rothwell Director of Sales
Kimber Rothwell is McKesson’s Director of Sales. Kimber has responsibility for McKesson’s go-to market strategy and sales operations in the ANZ region. He has over 20 years of experience in enterprise sales and business development, including 10 years’ experience leading teams in Australia, Singapore and New Zealand with PwC, ZAP and McKesson.
Kimber is focused on leveraging McKesson’s full range of capabilities for the benefit of existing and prospective clients, and ensuring we propose appropriate solutions that deliver against desired business outcomes. His passion is bringing to market innovative healthcare information technology to improve quality of care and optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes.
Perrin recently joined the McKesson team as a Clinical Consultant.
With over 20 years’ experience in health, including 15 years in emergency as a Charge Nurse at Middlemore, Taranaki Base and Charring Cross Hospitals.
Prior to joining McKesson Perrin was with Waikato DHB as a Nurse Unit Manager for 5 years for Internal Medicine.
Perrin has been a strong advocate for McKesson’s capacity management solutions, including being a key user for MCP and rolling out acuity and workforce solutions across his internal medicine units.
He is excited about sharing his knowledge and experience with all of our clients.
